The annual Kommetjie Festival is almost here! Taking place this Saturday, the 22nd of November, it's set to bring the community together for a full day of unity, excitement, and unforgettable experiences!
We're delighted to be part of this event once again, as we'll be sponsoring and hosting the much-loved Boere Sport, a fun, competitive event that includes a tug of war, a sack race, a doughnut-eating competition, water balloon throws, and more. The event will begin at 14:00 on the Kom Lawn, and entry is completely free for all participants.
Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, come and enjoy the action, soak up the atmosphere, and connect with the Deep South community. It’s a perfect day out for kids, families, and friends, with plenty of delicious food stalls and activities to explore.
