This year, we closed over R3 Billion in property transactions, driven by the confidence of our sellers and landlords and the strength of our world-class brokerage team. We also continued to redefine the property market through cutting-edge technology, providing our clients with industry-leading tools, data, and marketing solutions.
We continued to expand our footprint by opening several new offices across key regions, ensuring that our clients benefit from hyper local expertise and on the ground market insights. Alongside this growth, we became the most followed real estate brokerage on Instagram in the Western Cape, strengthening our local and international reach and exposure for every property we represent. Throughout the year, we also collaborated with notable public figures, including Mayor Geordin Hill‑Lewis, as well as popular comedians and influencers, further amplifying the Quay 1 brand and the visibility of our listings.
But 2025 wasn’t only about sales and expansion - it was also a year of deepening our community involvement and growing our social investment initiatives. We invested in community development projects, remained committed to supporting several NGOs, local events, and schools within the areas in which we operate. We also advanced our “empowering the young serious” initiative, providing youth engagement and skills development programs to help young people build meaningful careers and pathways into the property sector and broader economy.
